Dr Thomas read my notes about my boyfriend dying and over 2 years my friends suicide. The steroid injections helped and there is another treatment which I mentioned and Dr Thomas said he couldn't put me through the pain because I had been through an emotional time but the treatment would be possible when I was feeling emotionally better. I was so touched by his concern. I felt he really had thought through my mental health due to finding my boyfriend dead and then my friends suicide. My friend lived far from me and with lockdown I couldn't visit and when I was about to visit I was two days to late. John had oded. Dr Thomas seemed to completely understand about my grief and that is why he didn't want me to have the other treatment because I was frail with grief. If only all doctors were like Dr Thomas nobody would be wary of seeing a doctor. Thank you Dr Thomas Warmest wishes Pauline Edwards

After seeing many people I finally got to Dr Ben Thomas who listened to my problem and treated it accurately and cured it. I am extremely grateful to have finally been freed from the pain which had dominated my life. I went to the NHS and I went privately and the only person who knew what I was talking about was Dr Thomas. I could not believe it and am so grateful to him for his professionalism and kind aftercare. He also has loyal and excellent support staff. I am old and getting older so I was surprised that I was taken seriously and treated for the long term. I really appreciate that.

Dr Thomas virtually eliminated a pain I had for 3 months overnight. I can't thank him enough. His consultation is detailed and highly informative engaging the patient fully in the decision process with available options.

Dr Benjamin Thomas is a very nice person and he treats his patients with a great care and respect, he knows what is the correct treatment for the patient and accordingly he provides the services so the patient can get better asap. He is very knowdlegable about the procedures he is performing on the patients, i fell that i as in the right care as Doctor Thomas was very confident while he was treating me that gave me faith in him while taking the treatment form Dr, Thomas.

I have seen Dr Thomas both as an NHS and a Private patient. He was extremely kind and very professional. I have an extremely complex spinal surgical history and he has been extremely understanding to try and treat the pain. Highly recommend Dr Thomas for complex spinal issues. Hopefully he will be able to help me.
